Fiddle Head Ferns and the local brew
This is a view of Rimouski from halfway up a hill behind our house (its the one with the bright red roof! The only one in the area... so very easy to find). Also Dad, preparing the Fiddle-heads to eat..... you boil them and then stirfry them and they taste like swamp.... mmmm..... nice.... a local delicacy!
